Membership Sales Consultant
As a Member Sales Consultant at our Genesis Lawnton club, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Club.
The role is highly varied but has two clear goals - achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales and marketing activities, and retaining existing members through delivering high quality customer service.
The roles involves a rotating 5-day rotating roster with regular Monday-Thursday shifts such as 9:30am-6:30pm plus at least 1 Saturday per month, .
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contribute to club sales budgets utilising the various sales promotions and referral campaigns
- Generating new leads and marketing opportunities through community outreach, and seeking referrals from new and existing members
- Providing club tours and sales presentations to prospective new members
- Active involvement in member retention activities
- Opening or closing the club when required
- Provide exceptional customer service and and contribute to our overall member experience
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Strong communication skills
- Customer focused
