In this role, you'll:
The Functional Analyst supports both BAU operations and project delivery, with a specialised focus on SAP S/4HANA Employee Health and Safety modules. You will manage incidents, analyse system issues, and ensure seamless functionality across CRM and health and safety processes. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, presenting insights and documentation, and contributing to continuous system improvements. You will also play a key role in enhancing reporting, supporting configuration activities, and driving effective outcomes across the function.

About you
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience working with SAP, with strong expertise in S/4HANA and Health & Safety modules. You are a collaborative team player with proven experience in incident management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering both BAU and project-based work. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, with the confidence to present to key stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value. Experience in system reporting, configuration, and project delivery will be highly regarded, along with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset..
