Assistant Store Manager (Full Time) – NBA Australia

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right-hand support to the Store Manager. To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing an exceptional service experience for each of our customers. You will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing, and providing feedback to your team and be able to execute meticulous product presentations and be a subject matter expert on our products and services.
What you'll be doing

Leading the floor with purpose — coaching, developing, and motivating your team to hit sales targets and deliver a standout customer experience, every shift.
- Driving results — taking ownership of individual and team KPIs, identifying opportunities, and following through consistently.
- Running the operation — managing store scheduling, wage control, shipment processing, stock replenishment, and the day-to-day detail that keeps a store performing at its best.
- Setting the standard for presentation — executing and maintaining visual merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness to brand guidelines.
- Being the product expert — knowing your product inside and out so you can guide customers to the right purchase and build genuine brand loyalty.
- Supporting the Store Manager — being the kind of second-in-command who lifts the performance of the whole team and keeps the business running smoothly, whether the SM is on the floor or not.
