About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and multilingual (fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English) Graduate of Architecture to join our team in Sydney. This dynamic role offers a split between architectural work and project management responsibilities, providing a rare opportunity to gain holistic experience across the lifecycle of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture, Design & Documentation (70%)
- Assist with the design and documentation of residential projects
- Support senior architects with drafting, 3D modelling, and presentation materials
- Conduct site analysis and assist in preparing DA/CC documentation
Project Management (30%)
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients across multiple projects
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Attend site meetings and document progress reports
- Assist with contract administration and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master of Architecture
- Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English – both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Cantonese beneficial, but not essential
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
- Australian working rights (citizenship, PR, or full work visa)
