The role
You'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead our team, maintain quality standards, and help build a loyal community around Mongolian culture and cuisine. You'll be the face of Naadam — someone who makes every guest feel genuinely welcomed.
What you'll do
- Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Lead, roster, and develop a small hospitality team
- Handle bookings, guest relations, and resolve service issues promptly
- Oversee stock ordering, supplier relationships, and cost control
- Ensure food safety and RSA licensing compliance
- Help plan and host cultural events and community dinners
- Support marketing and social media in collaboration with ownership
- Report regularly to owners on performance, feedback, and opportunities
Requirements — Essential (must-have)
- Fluent Mongolian — spoken and written, required for communication with Mongolian-speaking staff, and community guests
- Minimum 3 years' restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and RSA compliance
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
Highly regarded
- Background in or genuine affinity with Mongolian or Central Asian culture
- Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Knowledge of Central Asian cuisine and dietary traditions
- Event coordination or private dining experience
- Basic English proficiency for guest-facing communication

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
