Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Cleaning Services Manager to lead and elevate cleaning operations across our growing remote Western Australian village portfolio.
This is a key leadership role within our Village Operations team, critical to maintaining exceptional service standards, strong client relationships, and a high-performing safety culture across multiple sites.
Operating on a full-time Monday to Friday roster , you will travel frequently to remote villages throughout Western Australia, partnering closely with site leaders and frontline teams to drive operational excellence and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality cleaning services across housekeeping, general facilities, and mine site environments.
With accountability for multi-site performance, you will align people, processes, and resources to deliver on contractual obligations, KPI performance, and customer expectations. You will lead from the front—coaching supervisors, removing operational barriers, and embedding a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Lead multi-site teams and transform performance by improving systems, removing inefficiencies, and embedding smarter, safer ways of working.
This role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction, positioning Civeo as a trusted partner in delivering outstanding village services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach multi-site teams and transform performance by improving systems, removing inefficiencies, and embedding smarter, safer ways of working
- Oversee housekeeping, village facilities, and mine-site cleaning operations to ensure consistent service delivery
- Manage client contractual obligations and ensure KPIs and service levels are met
- Conduct reporting, auditing, and support investigations to maintain performance and compliance
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation across sites
- Manage equipment and consumables to ensure availability and cost efficiency
- Act as a key liaison between leadership and site teams, removing barriers to enable high performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes

Key Competencies & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a multi-site or multi-client cleaning leadership role
- Strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning, housekeeping, facilities, or hospitality operations
- Proven ability to manage contractual obligations and deliver against KPIs
- Strong leadership capability with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
- Ability to build effective relationships and partner with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to navigate complex operational environments and drive outcomes across dispersed teams

- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to remove operational roadblocks
- Experience in reporting, auditing, and performance analysis
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety systems and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
