Solar & Battery Sales Consultant
Future Power Solar & Electrical – Melbourne, VIC
Future Power Solar & Electrical is a growing, family-owned solar and electrical company looking for a motivated Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to join our team.
We specialise in solar, battery storage, EV charging and complete home energy solutions, with all installations completed by our own in-house team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing new customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale, while providing customers with the right energy solution for their home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following up new solar and battery leads and enquiries
- Calling and qualifying prospective customers
- Following up previously quoted customers
- Conducting customer consultations and site inspections
- Selling solar, battery storage and EV charging solutions
- Preparing and presenting proposals
- Maintaining customer records and completing basic sales/admin tasks
- Working closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth handover after the sale
Pay
$800 base per week + $500 commission per completed sale
There is strong earning potential for someone who can consistently convert the leads provided.
Example:
5 sales in a week = $3,3008 sales in a week = $4,800
Who We’re Looking For
Solar experience is highly regarded, but we’re ultimately looking for someone who:
- Is confident speaking with customers
- Has strong sales and communication skills
- Is comfortable following up leads over the phone
- Is organised and can manage multiple customers at once
- Is motivated by commission and achieving targets
- Can learn the technical side of solar, batteries and EV charging
- Is reliable and takes ownership of their customers
- Has a current driver’s licence
Experience in solar, electrical, home improvement or high-ticket sales would be a major advantage.
