Job Description
In this casual role you will be responsible for food preparation for patients, staff, and functions. You will ensure a high standard of quality hospital food production and cleanliness is maintained to be in line with the Food Safety Plan, relevant HACCP standards and Hospital policy.

What we’re looking for:

Certificate in Commercial Cooking

Minimum 12 months experience as a Chef

Previous à la carte dining experience is essential

Ability to cater to a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirements
-
Must have a thorough understanding of allergy management practices
-
Excellent work ethic, customer service skills, time management skills and the ability to successfully work in a team environment

Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse workplace
-
Previous healthcare setting experience will be highly regarded
