Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients throughout their healthcare journey by providing advocacy, health education, cultural support, and care coordination. Aboriginal Health Practitioners will also have the opportunity to deliver direct clinical care within a delegated model of care and scope of practice. You will work collaboratively with clinicians, Aboriginal Hospital Liaison Officers, and community partners to ensure Aboriginal people receive high-quality, culturally appropriate healthcare and support.
