The Role
- Comprehensive eye examinations and optical dispensing
- Chronic disease management including diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration
- Frames and lenses consultation confidence in converting patients to the right solution
- Ability to work independently and manage your own patient load.
The Package
- $90,000 – $110,000 full time equivalent, pro rata to the days you work
- Monthly performance bonus based on clinic revenue
- 12% superannuation on top of all earnings
- Days negotiable on commencement
About You
- AHPRA registered with no restrictions
- Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience post-graduation
- Clinically confident, particularly in chronic disease management
- Comfortable working independently in a growing private clinic
- Enjoys building genuine long-term patient relationships
