About Yovie
Yovie is a fresh and exciting frozen yogurt and matcha brand focused on quality products, memorable customer experiences and a fun, welcoming store environment.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and detail-oriented team members to join our in-store team. In this role, you will help deliver smooth daily store operations, prepare high-quality matcha drinks, maintain our frozen yogurt and toppings stations, and provide genuine and friendly customer service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, develop and grow with the brand.
- Welcome customers, explain how the Yovie experience works and offer assistance when required.
- Prepare and present matcha drinks and other beverages according to Yovie recipes and presentation standards.
- Refill, rotate and maintain the frozen yoghurt, toppings and service areas throughout each shift.
- Offer product recommendations, samples and information about flavours, toppings and menu items.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the store, including customer areas, preparation areas, equipment and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and allergen-management requirements.
- Complete opening, closing and routine cleaning procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling, stock control and operational protocols.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and efficient store environment.
- Help ensure every customer leaves with a positive and memorable Yovie experience.
Requirements

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, beverage preparation or food service is advantageous but not essential.
- Food safety or hospitality qualifications are advantageous.
- Full working rights in Australia are required.
