You'll be responsible for the intern and graduate recruitment process for Trading and IT roles, from campus strategy through to offer, working alongside our other Campus Recruiter to deliver the overall program. You'll play a key role in identifying future talent for VivCourt, working closely with People & Culture, employer branding, and stakeholders across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be responsible for the full intern and graduate recruitment cycle for Trading and Software Engineering roles, from campus strategy through offer, working alongside the other Campus Recruiter to deliver the overall program
- Build relationships with societies, faculty, and careers offices across Australia and New Zealand
- Manage the candidate pipeline in our ATS: applications, screening, interview scheduling, offer tracking
- Track recruitment metrics (applications, conversion by stage, source effectiveness, diversity of pipeline) and use them to adjust strategy
- Work with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and keep them looped in through the process
- Manage the interview and assessment process
- Coordinate logistics with the team and assess candidates yourself through phone screens and interviews
- Work closely with employer branding to develop branding material and content
- Bring new ideas on how we can improve our attraction strategy
- Get involved in experienced-hire recruitment for software engineering
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience recruiting students or recent grads, either in-house, agency, or from within a university careers service
- Genuine interest in tech recruitment, you're comfortable talking to engineering societies, understanding technical hiring processes and keen to understand how it all works.
- Enjoyment of being on campus and in front of students
- Data analysis skills, or at least a desire to gather and understand the data when making decisions.
- Strong organisation skills - campus season means many moving parts at once, across two people, multiple unis, multiple streams
- Strong communication skills, able to speak with students on campus through to senior leaders within the business.
- Willingness to travel for campus visits
- Good team player, comfortable working closely with a recruiting partner and the wider P&C team, clear on your own ownership and good at keeping others in the loop
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with software engineering, data, or STEM recruiting specifically
- Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn
