Position Overview:
As a valued team member, you'll embark on a fulfilling journey with Hair Doctors as a consulting doctor and clinical lead of the Bondi Junction branch. With a competitive starting salary of $133,000 and six-monthly increments to final pay of $350,000 (inclusive of super) after just two years of training and supervision.
Training:
Benefit from comprehensive training package valued at nearly $300,000. This training will equip you with the skills needed to diagnose and treat a variety of hair loss conditions contributing to your professional growth and success in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care.
- Conduct high-quality consultations which includes diagnosing and managing a variety of hair loss conditions.
- Facilitate and lead training and development initiatives for the clinic.
- Train new clinical and non-clinical staff on all aspects of hair loss.
- Offer support to the management and reception teams for the smooth running of the clinic.
- Collaborate with and support other clinical staff members.
- Coordinate ongoing prescriptions for hair loss patients.
About You:
We are seeking a doctor with:
- Outstanding communication skills with staff and patients.
- Aesthetic eye for detail and a passion for working with people.
- Ability to multitask and thrive as a team player.
Minimum Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MBBS, MBChB, etc.).
- Full registration with AHPRA.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Practitioner.
- Hospital-based medical practice experience is required for this role.
- Aesthetic experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Past hair transplant experience is not mandatory.
- Valid Australian work visa or legal work authorisation is required.

- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, every Saturday + 4 weekdays.
