Charlotte Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our growing hospitality group.

About the Role
As Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering high-quality food while contributing to menu development, cost control and kitchen operations. You will play an important role in maintaining food quality, training team members and ensuring efficient kitchen performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard
- Assist with the planning and development of seasonal menus and specials
- Contribute to recipe creation, menu costing and product innovation
- Monitor food quality, presentation and consistency
- Manage stock ordering, inventory and supplier relationships
- Minimise food waste and maintain food cost targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards
- Supervise, train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
- Assist with catering and multi-site food production where required
About You
- Qualified Chef with relevant trade qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Passion for quality food and customer experience
- Organised, reliable and able to perform under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creative mindset with an interest in menu development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
