About the role:
This role will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and visits, ensuring exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.

Assist with incoming phone enquiries (walk-in, email & phone)

Maintain accurate records & manage data entry across multiple platforms

Support the sales/quoting team with appointment scheduling & client communications

Assist theteam in the development of website, daily SEO updating and social media content

Coordinate office consumables & stationary ordering
-
Contribute to improving workplace processes & attend team meetings

Provide administrative support to management
What you’ll need to succeed:

Proven experience in administration

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence using a variety of software and platforms (Microsoft Office, CRMs, Mailchimp, Canva, websiteetc.)

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
