Redcape Hospitality is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand to join the team at Durack Tavern.
This casual role offers approximately 20–30 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts during busy periods.
No previous kitchen experience? No problem. If you’ve got a great attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage
- Complete daily cleaning and kitchen preparation tasks
- Support the chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Previous kitchen experience is welcome but not essential
