We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Area Executive to join our high-performing NSW team—someone who thrives on autonomy, loves winning new business, and is hungry to make a real impact.
A Day in the Life
Reporting to the NSW State Field Sales Manager, you will be the face of Nestlé Professional across Sydney and the ACT, acting as a trusted partner to your customers and combining account management with business development to accelerate growth.
You will:

Grow and strengthen relationships across an established customer base spanning Pubs & Clubs, Hotels, Cafés, Healthcare and Workplace channels

Identify and convert new business opportunities, driving sustainable growth in your territory

Deliver tailored solutions that help customers enhance their menus, operations, and profitability

Build strong partnerships with distributors, end users and internal stakeholders to maximise performance
-
Own your territory, manage your priorities and drive results with a high degree of autonomy
This role comes with a fully maintained vehicle, phone, and tablet, giving you everything you need to perform at your best.
What Will Make You Successful
You're a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities and turning them into results. You will bring:

A proven track record in sales and business development ideally within Food Service or Hospitality industry

A strong track record of identifying opportunities, influencing customers and closing deals

A self-motivated, resilient and the ability to work autonomously
-
Flexibility to travel regionally (approximately every 6 weeks)
