What's the role?
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the success of our paid media activity across search, social, display, and other biddable channels. This is a secondment opportnity onsite at one of our clients and could be a great stepping stone towards a client side role.
This role will focus on delivering best-in-class performance marketing campaigns through continuous testing, optimisation, reporting, and strategic collaboration with agency and business stakeholders.
You'll play a key role in shaping the experimentation agenda across paid media channels, identifying opportunities to improve performance, maximise efficiencies, and deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and manage a structured test-and-learn framework across all paid media channels.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing to continually optimise campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on paid media performance through Tableau dashboards and other reporting tools.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Lead budget forecasting and proactively manage campaign spend to maximise return on investment.
- Partner closely with media and creative agencies to ensure best-practice campaign execution and ongoing innovation.
- Collaborate with platform partners including Meta and Google to identify new opportunities and adopt emerging best practices.
- Build strong relationships with Area Sales Managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and align marketing activity accordingly.
- Act as a trusted marketing subject matter expert across the business, providing guidance and recommendations on performance marketing initiatives.
Who are you?
- Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, display, and other performance channels.
- Experience developing and managing testing and optimisation frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners to deliver high-performing campaigns.
