About the role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson / Pick Packer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a hands-on position involving all aspects of warehouse operations, including picking and packing customer orders, receiving and organising stock, forklift operation and preparing shipments for freight companies.
You will work closely with our existing warehouse team and management and will be trained across our warehouse operations and product range.
Immediate start available.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately pick stock according to customer orders and picking slips
- Pack customer orders securely and accurately for dispatch
- Check products, quantities and SKUs before dispatch
- Receive, unload and organise incoming stock
- Assist with stock counts and inventory control
- Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged products
- Prepare and label cartons and pallets for shipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Load and unload pallets and deliveries
- Liaise with freight and transport companies
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
About you
- Previous experience in warehousing, picking and packing
- Current forklift licence
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual and willing to take responsibility
- Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read picking slips, invoices, labels and written instructions
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to safely lift and move cartons and stock
- Full Australian working rights

Pay: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour
