About the Role
As part of our Front of House team, you’ll be the heartbeat of the clinic. You’ll keep things running smoothly, think one step ahead, and ensure our clients feel welcomed, supported and looked after from the moment they arrive.
This is not a passive reception role — it’s hands-on, high-energy, and ideal for someone who enjoys being busy and taking ownership.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a busy front desk and phone lines
- Booking and coordinating appointment diaries
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining a beautifully presented clinic environment
- Being the go-to person who keeps everything flowing
The Details:
- Part-time: 30 hours per week
- Consistent weekly shifts (mix of mornings and evenings)
- Location: Kensington, VIC
