We know the perfect mix of construction and technical experience is rare, so if you bring strong construction and project management experience, we'll train you on the networking and building technology side. Coming from a construction, BMCS, security, or lifts background? We want to hear from you, even if your experience doesn't line up perfectly.
What you'll be doing

Managing end-to-end delivery of construction-based technology projects
-
Coordinating subcontractors and project teams on-site
-
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction plans
-
Monitoring performance, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
-
Overseeing site performance, timelines, and deliverables
-
Working closely with clients and stakeholders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You might be a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Site Supervisor with project exposure, coming from construction, technology contracting, or building systems (BMCS, security, lifts).
Essential
-
5–10 years' experience delivering projects on time and on budget, start to finish

Proven ability to manage clients, site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have (not all required)

Exposure to ICN, networking, security, BMS, or building technologies
-
Experience with structured cabling, CCTV, or similar systems
-
Engineering qualifications or Project Management certifications

ACMA Cablers Licence
