To support this we are seeking a number of Part-time Administrators to contribute to the effective operation of our Student Services Department. If a suitable applicant is found, a full-time role may be considered.
You will journey with students through their time at Tabor, so relationship building will be key, alongside a love of spreadsheets and database maintenance. Student Services requires an eye for detail.
The role requires a willingness to be flexible and relational. Exceptional interpersonal and organisation skills are needed.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a Christian academic environment, combining strong organisational skills and administrative experience with warmth, initiative, and a heart for community-building. They will be confident in managing complex tasks, balancing multiple priorities, and engaging positively with a wide range of stakeholders including staff, students, and external enquirers. The person will be committed to the values of respect, service, and excellence, and will bring both professionalism and grace to their interactions.
We will consider applicants looking for from 17.5 hours to 37.5 hours per week. (0.5-1.0FTE)

Strong competence in Office 365 including spreadsheeting.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
Willingness and capability of event management or coordination experience to assist with Graduation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration, or substantial equivalent experience
Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience is required for this position
Prior experience in school or tertiary administration is desirable
Australian work rights are required for this position
