We are looking for reliable and compassionate Male and Female Disability Support Workers to support our participants. The role focuses on assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and supporting safe community participation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide support with mobility and safety due to vision impairment
- Support community access such as shopping, appointments, and outings
- Assist with light household tasks and meal preparation
- Provide respectful, person-centred care and companionship
Requirements
- Experience in disability support or similar role preferred
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and provide compassionate support
