About the Role
The main duties and responsibilities of a ‘Marketing Specialist ‘at Miracle Supermarket Castle Hill include the following but not limited to:
· Planning, implementation and management of marketing campaigns, plans and channels to drive customer awareness
· Analyze customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activities
· Management of brand awareness of product and business
· Oversee digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM and paid ads, ensuring campaigns achieve performance goals
· Regularly update and optimize website content to align with brand standards, enhancing user experience and SEO results
· Provide valuable insights to enhance marketing initiatives and capture new opportunities
· Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth
· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing projects are completed on time and exceed expectations
· Coordinate and participate in the development of e-commerce products.
· Conduct and commission market research to identify new market opportunities
Qualification, Skills and Experience
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in business related field
· Minimum one year experience working within a similar role;
· Attention to detail;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Enjoy working as part of a team;
· Ability to manage tight deadlines;
