About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Sydney.
You will provide individualised support to NDIS participants living with a range of disabilities, including psychosocial disability, autism, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury and complex support needs.
Support may include:
- Community access and social participation
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Assistance with daily living tasks
- Capacity building and skill development
- Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Promoting independence, choice and control
- Documentation and progress notes

About You
We are looking for people who:

- Are reliable, compassionate and professional

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are committed to participant rights, dignity and inclusion
- Can maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable and insured motor vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
- Smartphone and basic computer skills
Highly Regarded
- Experience supporting participants with psychosocial disability
- Experience supporting people experiencing homelessness
- Experience supporting people with autism and intellectual disability
- Medication administration experience
- Mental Health First Aid
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health or related field
