Maison Saint Honoré is looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to join our team and help us develop and launch a new artisan bread range.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves bread making, enjoys innovation, and wants to play a key role in creating and implementing a new product range within a growing French bakery and café business.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled baker who can bring expertise, creativity, and leadership to our bakery production.
You will be responsible for helping develop our bread offering from the ground up, establishing production processes, and baking fresh products daily for our cafés.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a new artisan bread range.
- Create and test recipes to achieve consistent, high-quality products.
- Bake fresh bread daily for our retail stores.
- Assist in establishing production standards and procedures.
- Manage dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and baking.
- Monitor product quality and consistency.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with management to grow and improve the bakery offering.
About You
- Experienced baker with a strong background in artisan bread production.
- Passionate about baking and committed to producing exceptional products.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Creative and eager to contribute new ideas.
- Strong understanding of fermentation, sourdough, and bread-making techniques.
- Organised and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail.
