Job Description
We are currently looking for expert ServiceNow Consultants for our Melbourne and Sydney team.
Following are the required skills and experience for these positions:
- Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- ServiceNow ITSM Configuration and Development skills.
- Ability to consultatively engage with our customers for requirements analysis and providing guidance
- Experience in CSM, GRC or SecOps will be a plus
- Providing technical and functional subject matter expertise for ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping and Event
- Management) and GRC projects and third party system integrations either using your prior experience or through acquiring knowledge via on the job training.
- Solution design, implementation, customization, coding and development, business analysis, testing and support of ServiceNow solutions.
- Hands-on technical role, involving a high degree of software development skills and business & ServiceNow system analysis skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
