About the Role
Lead a national 24/7 On-Call Operations team supporting children and young people across Australia. Provide therapeutic leadership during critical incidents, coordinate workforce responses, coach a high-performing team and ensure safe, compliant after-hours service delivery.

Duties
- Lead a high-performing On-Call Operations team
- Coordinate after-hours incident responses
- Coach staff in trauma-informed practice
- Allocate workforce and maintain service continuity
- Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- Lead teams within child protection, OOHC, disability or human services
- Apply trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
- Manage critical incidents and operational risk
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent leadership experience
- Hold a Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check where required)
