Our specialist occupational rehabilitation services include workplace assessments, suitable duties programs, return-to-work planning, and pre-employment evaluations, helping individuals and organizations achieve positive health and workplace outcomes.
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + performance-based bonuses
Reporting directly to the Director, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, client-focused care while supporting individuals on their journey towards improved health, independence, and wellbeing. We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our rapidly expanding team.
In this role, you will assess, treat, and support clients experiencing functional challenges related to injury, illness, disability, or ageing. Your focus will be on enhancing independence, improving participation in daily activities, and supporting overall quality of life.
You will independently manage a diverse caseload, including NDIS participants, private clients, DVA, Workcover, and EPC referrals, while working collaboratively with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered Occupational Therapist, including at least 1 year in private practice
- Strong understanding of the rights, needs, and support requirements of people with disabilities
- Valid driver’s license
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
