Too Chill Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC installer to join our growing team on either a subcontractor or casual basis.
We are looking for someone reliable, experienced and confident working across residential air conditioning installations. There is consistent work available, generally a minimum of 4 days per week, with the opportunity for additional days as workload requires.
About the role:
- Installation of ducted and split-system air conditioning
- Rough-ins, fit-offs and complete installations
- Working alongside our lead tradesman and other team members
- Residential work across Sydney
- Troubleshooting and general HVAC works where required
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on HVAC experience
- Demonstrated experience installing ducted and split systems
- Able to work efficiently and to a high standard
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a small team
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- White Card
- Relevant licences/tickets where applicable
- Own tools preferred, particularly for subcontractors
Employment options:We are open to either an experienced subcontractor with an ABN or casual employment for the right person.
Hours: Generally minimum 4 days per week, Monday–Friday.
Pay: Negotiable based on experience, qualifications and whether engaged as a casual employee or subcontractor.
We’re a small, growing air-conditioning business and are looking for someone who can become a reliable long-term part of the team.
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
