The Opportunity
We are seeking passionate, established, and entrepreneurial Freelance Hair Stylists and Barbers to join our luxury Bayside community. Whether you have a bustling full-time clientele or are looking to transition from mobile styling to a premium fixed location, we have a flexible tier to suit your business model.
To celebrate our grand opening, we are offering massive, limited-time launch discounts across three flexible chair-hire packages:
- Tier 1: The Casual Bayside Flex (Daily) — Perfect for casual freelancers or mobile stylists.
- Launch Special: $120/day (Standard: $200/day)
- Tier 2: The Weekly Co-Worker (Weekly Roster) — Perfect for consistent 2–3 day regular rosters.
- Launch Special: $100/day (Only $300 for 3 days!)
- Bonus: Includes full towel & cape laundry service.
- Tier 3: The Bayside Resident (Monthly) — The ultimate business boss package with 24/7 secure access.
- Launch Special: $85/day (~$1,360/month)

Requirements:
As an independent contractor, you will operate your own business within our space. To apply, you must have:
- Your own active ABN.
- Relevant hairdressing qualifications (Cert III or equivalent) and experience.
- Your own Public Liability Insurance.
- Your own clientele, tools, and colour products.
