Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
Administration Duties
- Control and presentation over front reception area.
- Greet clients in accordance with company’s customer service standards.
- Preparation of Property Management agreements as required.
- Property Management administration as required.
- Creating and maintain content for office social media pages.
- Photocopy documents and forward for all staff when required.
- Control stock of stationery and kitchen supplies. Ensure stationery cupboard is kept neat and tidy.
- Maintain photocopier, order toner and stock drawers with paper each morning.
- Maintain the window display during the week and update as required.
- Maintain magazine stand and restock as required.
- Ensure that the receptionist desk, meeting rooms and surrounding area is tidy.
- Implement administrative policies and procedures as required.
- Activating sales & lease campaigns.
- Ordering advertising materials.
- Staff contract preparations.
- Invoicing and liaising with accounts.
Skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position ideally within the real estate/property industry however is not necessary.
- A high level of initiative, organisation, and time management skills.
- Professional communication both written and verbal.
- Sound knowledge of all Microsoft office applications.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role.
- Be a team player who can work well under pressure.
- Corporate, professional presentation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
