We are seeking a Sales Admin / Operational Assistant to support our outside sales team and back-office operations. The role involves handling product enquiries, sample requests, invoicing, freight preparation, account receivables/payables, book-keeping, delivery schedules, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales reps with customer follow-up (calls, emails, quotes, orders).
- Assist customers with lead times, freight estimates, and order status.
- Enter sales orders and maintain customer data in ERP system.
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and follow up on payments.
- Track inventory, samples, and warehouse staff working time.
- Greet visitors, introduce products, and assist with enquiries.
- Maintain filing systems and generate AR/AP reports.

Requirements:
- College degree or higher
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite; quick learner of new software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively.
- Experience in admin, receptionist, or sales support preferred.
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
