The Healthlink Crew is on the prowl for skilled Café Staff who can work the floor and pour an amazing coffee
We operate cafés within popular Aquatic and Leisure Facilities across Melbourne and are currently hiring for an IMMEDIATE START.
Please note: Recruitment and training will initially take place at Box Hill or Glen Waverley. Successful candidates may then be rostered across our locations, as operational needs arise.
IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be available to work during the peak summer period (December–March), including:
- Early mornings
- Afternoons and evenings (up to 8pm close)
- Weekends
Please do not apply if you have pre-planned extended leave during this period.
Our Ideal Healthlink Crew Member Will:
- Be reliable and flexible (essential)
- Bring a positive attitude and confidence engaging with customers
- Be well-presented and professional
- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Be a team player
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have 1+ year hospitality or retail experience
- Have 1+ year coffee experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Be available for a minimum of 3-4 shifts per week
- Be available for early open shifts, afternoon/evening shifts, and weekends
- Have own car or reliable transport
Language Skills
Due to the diverse local community at some of our locations, Mandarin language skills are highly regarded, though not essential.
Pay Rates (Hospitality Industry Award):
- Adult Rate: $25.85 – $38.78 per hour
- Junior Rate: Varies by age, in line with the award
