What you'll be doing
- Create a safe, stable home where young people feel supported, valued and understood.
- Build trusted relationships that help young people grow in confidence and develop essential life skills.
- Support young people to engage in everyday routines, education, appointments and activities that matter to them.
- Work alongside your team to deliver individual care plans that reflect each young person's goals and strengths.
- Record meaningful information that helps provide consistent, high-quality care.
You're the right person if...
- You genuinely care about helping young people build positive futures and stronger relationships.
- You stay calm, patient and consistent, even when situations are challenging.
- You enjoy working as part of a supportive team and communicate openly with others.
- You have experience supporting young people or people in disability, mental health, aged care or childcare, or you're ready to build a career in the community services sector.
- You hold a current driver's licence (minimum P2) and are willing to obtain or already hold the required clearances, First Aid and CPR, with flexibility to work shifts including at least one sleepover each week.
