About the Role:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders within the Commercial Insurance (CI) Transformation program. You will translate complex technical requirements into detailed user stories, perform QA validation on delivered features, and ensure alignment between global platform designs and Australian business needs.
This role is critical to ensuring our technology solutions deliver real business value. You will facilitate requirements workshops, manage traceability from business need through to delivered solution, and serve as the quality gate for every feature delivered by the squad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document technical requirements as user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Perform QA on completed user stories including functional testing and UAT coordination.
- Create technical specifications, process flows and data flow diagrams.
- Facilitate requirements workshops with developers, architects and business stakeholders.
- Analyse global platform documentation and adapt specifications for Australian implementation.
- Manage requirements traceability from business need through to delivered solution.
- Support integration testing between platform components across the transformation ecosystem.
- Produce release notes and technical documentation for each delivery increment.
