St Louis Munno Para are on the hunt for an experienced Café All-Rounder who can keep up with the pace, bring great vibes to the floor, and take pride in delivering top-tier desserts and coffee.
About the role:
- Dialling in and serving consistently great coffee
- Scooping and presenting premium gelato like it’s an art form
- Running food, desserts, shakes & waffles with care and efficiency
- Delivering standout customer service (we’re big on experience)
- Keeping the venue clean, stocked and running smoothly
- Jumping in wherever needed
Key Experience
- Café or hospitality experience (fast-paced is a plus)
- Someone confident, friendly and quick on their feet
- Strong attention to detail — our desserts are premium and presentation matters
- Available mornings, nights & weekends (flexible rotating roster)
