Sales Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Full Time Sales Assistant to join our team.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys talking to customers, providing good service, and helping the business grow through sales and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain product displays and keep the store/showroom clean and organised
- Follow up with customer enquiries through phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Support daily sales operations and stock arrangement
- Help achieve sales targets and maintain good customer relationships
- Learn product knowledge and explain product benefits clearly to customers
- Assist with order processing, quotations, invoices, and basic admin tasks when needed
Requirements
- Previous retail, sales, pharmacy, healthcare, or mobility equipment experience is preferred but not essential
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Responsible, punctual, and honest
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Able to speak English. Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, or Vietnamese will be an advantage

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
