As a Mechanical Engineer
Initially based at our Bulwer Island operation in Brisbane, you’ll develop into a capable operational engineer with a strong focus on maintenance and reliability. You’ll gain exposure to materials handling, terminal operations and asset integrity. With a rotation to Gladstone (QLD), you’ll:
- Build maintenance foundations through terminal and milling operations, inspections and shutdown participation
- Support reliability improvement and maintenance strategy activities
- Get Involved in maintenance-related projects and capital works across the operation
- Take part in design reviews, commissioning support and operational handover
- Take on leadership exposure across maintenance and reliability under supervision
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for curious, driven grads who want to hit the ground running in 2027. You’ll thrive here if you are:
- Completing (or have recently finished) a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Keen to learn across manufacturing and terminal operations, reliability and major projects
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems
- Adaptable and happy working across larger, more complex operations
- Eager to learn from experienced mentors and grow into leadership
- Open to relocation, starting in Brisbane with a rotation to Gladstone, QLD (we’ll support you the whole way)
