Lakeside Laundry Lounge is looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines commercial laundry, customer service and local pick-up and delivery.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Washing, drying, folding and packaging customer laundry to a high standard.
Providing friendly and professional customer service.
Processing payments using Square/EFTPOS.
Completing local pick-up and delivery services using a company van.
Accurately recording customer orders and invoice information.
Loading and unloading laundry bags.
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workplace.
Following established systems, procedures and quality standards.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
What We're Looking For The successful applicant will have:
A current Australian driver's licence.
Confidence driving a work van.
Excellent reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Clear written communication and neat, legible handwriting, as the role involves completing customer paperwork and invoice details by hand.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Confidence using EFTPOS/Square systems (or willingness to learn).
The ability to follow processes and procedures consistently.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
The ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing, lifting and carrying laundry throughout the day.
Experience in laundry, hospitality, cleaning, retail or customer service is highly regarded, but not essential.
