About the Role
The Employment Consultant role blends people support with sales, marketing, and business development. You’ll work directly with participants in the Inclusive Employment Australia program while actively promoting their skills to employers and generating new job opportunities.
This is a results‑driven position where your ability to influence hiring decisions, build employer networks, and market candidates effectively is central to success.
Key Responsibilities
Participant Coaching — Build strong relationships, understand employment goals, and prepare participants for job readiness.
Employer Engagement — Promote candidates to employers, advocate for inclusive hiring, and secure job placements.
Business Development — Identify new employment opportunities through cold calling, employer visits, and proactive outreach.
Outcome Delivery — Achieve KPI targets, maintain employer pipelines, and convert opportunities into sustainable placements.
Compliance & Administration — Manage documentation, appointments, and reporting in line with program requirements.

Confident communicating with employers and building relationships
Experienced in sales, recruitment, business development, or customer‑facing roles

Passionate about supporting people facing barriers to employment

Eligibility to work in Australia
Current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
MyGovID (Standard level)
Ability to pass a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
