Job Requisition ID: 41581
Shape and grow a differentiated capability across information, content, responsible AI, regulatory transformation and M&A.
Advise senior executives and lead complex programs from strategy through implementation.
Build senior client relationships, shape new opportunities and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
We combine data and content technology, responsible AI and digital solutions to manage risk, maintain trust and navigate significant operational, regulatory and M&A change. We help clients protect value and meet their obligations and commitments to customers, employees, regulators, shareholders and the community.
Make information work harder for people, AI and the organisation
Organisations are investing heavily in AI and digital transformation, but many still cannot find, trust, govern or safely use the information that underpins them. Critical knowledge is fragmented, content sits across complex and ageing platforms, recordkeeping obligations are difficult to manage, and document-heavy processes remain manual.
We help large organisations turn fragmented information into trusted, governed and usable business assets. Our work spans strategy through implementation: knowledge management; information governance and records; content platforms, migration and process automation; governed enterprise knowledge for AI; regulatory digitisation; and M&A data separation or integration through major transactions.
You will be a senior leader in a growing national team, combining market development and executive advisory with accountability for quality, professional judgement and successful technology-enabled transformation. This is not a purely advisory or sales-focused role: we are looking for someone who can identify material client needs, shape credible and proportionate solutions, and remain accountable through implementation and measurable outcomes.
The appointment level will reflect your experience in shaping new opportunities, leading complex programs, developing senior client relationships and building teams and market capability.
What will your typical day look like?
Build trusted relationships with senior executives, helping them identify and address information, technology, and regulatory priorities.
Identify material client needs and develop credible, proportionate opportunities to address them.
Lead major pursuits, including the solution, delivery approach, scope, effort, commercial model, team and client proposition.
Act as executive sponsor or engagement leader across a portfolio of complex programs, maintaining accountability for outcomes, quality, commercial performance, risks and client expectations.
Provide subject-matter and solution leadership in your area of specialisation while bringing together business, risk, data, content, AI and technology perspectives.
Guide the development of strategies, operating models, architectures, controls, roadmaps, migration plans and business cases, ensuring they lead to executable decisions and investments.
Lead technology-enabled implementation across areas such as platform modernisation, integration, migration, intelligent document processing, workflow, automation, search, retrieval and AI.
Provide evidence, options and advice to support decisions by accountable client leaders on information risk, regulatory obligations, technology constraints, investment priorities and organisational change.
Identify where further work would materially improve client outcomes or reduce delivery risk across trusted knowledge, responsible AI, information governance, content modernisation, regulatory digitisation and M&A.
Develop market offerings, thought leadership, reusable methods and work effectively with relevant technology providers while maintaining objective, client-led advice and appropriately managing conflicts.
Recruit, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams, creating future leaders and maintaining high standards of delivery.
Contribute actively to the growth, culture and direction of the national team.
About the team
You will join a growing national team based in Sydney and Melbourne, working with major organisations across financial services, government, insurance, resources, utilities and other sectors.
Our work spans four connected areas: knowledge management, information governance and records; data and content platforms, migration and process automation; trusted knowledge, responsible AI and regulatory digitisation; and M&A data separation and integration.
We have deep experience in knowledge and records strategies; data and content platform modernisation, migration and process automation; analytics-led rationalisation of large information estates; and controlled M&A data separation and integration. We are building on this foundation through governed enterprise knowledge, semantic retrieval, AI-assisted workflows and digitised obligations, controls and evidence.
We bring together business advisers, information specialists, architects and technology practitioners. You will have the opportunity to deepen your specialisation, broaden into adjacent areas and help shape the next generation of these services.
As an Associate Director or Director, you will help set the direction of the capability, strengthen our market position, build strategic client relationships and develop the people and solutions required for sustained growth.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
For this role, the following experience is required:
Demonstrated professional judgement and integrity, including the ability to manage independence, conflicts, confidentiality, responsible AI, delivery quality and client accountability.
A demonstrated record of originating, shaping and converting consulting or professional services opportunities.
Experience growing senior client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the impact and value of existing work.
Experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders, technologies and multidisciplinary teams.
Deep expertise and a credible market profile in at least one of the capability areas below; you do not need to be an expert in all of them.
Strong technology implementation experience, with the ability to shape and lead delivery from strategy and architecture through implementation, transition and measurable outcomes.
Commercial leadership across scope, pricing, resourcing, budgets, profitability, delivery risk and change control.
The ability to advise senior executives, challenge assumptions and make complex business and technology decisions clear and actionable.
A track record of leading and developing managers and delivery teams while maintaining high standards of quality and client service.
Strong written and verbal communication, executive presence and sound judgement in ambiguous or high-pressure environments.
The ability to develop practical market propositions, reusable methods and points of view that respond to emerging client needs.
Where you may bring your depth
We are hiring a multidisciplinary team. You need deep expertise in at least one area, not every area, and an interest in building capability across adjacent fields.
