What You’ll Do
As a Zambrero Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating a fast, fresh and enjoyable experience for every customer. You’ll work as part of a supportive team to deliver delicious food, exceptional service and a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly, welcoming and exceptional customer service
- Preparing fresh food accurately and efficiently in line with Zambrero’s recipes and quality standards
- Preparing ingredients and recipes ahead of meal periods while anticipating customer demand
- Following all food handling, safety, hygiene and sanitisation procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area and production spaces
- Working collaboratively with your team to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly during busy periods
- Taking initiative and assisting with any other tasks needed to create an outstanding customer experience
