Working closely with leaders across the business, you will help foster a positive safety culture, coordinate return-to-work programs, drive wellbeing initiatives and provide practical guidance that supports our people to thrive at work.
Key responsibilities include:
-
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of ASL's Safety and Wellbeing Management System.
-
Coordinating workplace injury management and return-to-work programs in line with legislative requirements and best practice.
-
Assisting leaders with incident investigations, hazard identification and risk assessments.
-
Monitoring and reporting on WHS, wellbeing and injury management metrics and trends.
-
Coordinating workplace inspections, audits and corrective actions.
-
Supporting workers compensation claim management and stakeholder engagement.
-
Developing and delivering WHS, wellbeing and return-to-work education initiatives.
-
Coordinating employee wellbeing programs and campaigns that promote physical and psychological safety.
-
Facilitating WHS Committee meetings and safety consultation processes.
-
Assisting with the development of policies, procedures and resources that support compliance and continuous improvement.
-
Contributing to strategic People & Culture initiatives that enhance workforce capability, engagement, wellbeing and organisational performance.
