Bowral Public School is nestled in the township of Bowral and is a member of the Wollondilly Network of schools.
Our students demonstrate a high level of academic potential and deeply value their schooling journey. In addition to the general selection criteria, approval to teach infants and/or primary with a proven ability to use data authentically and strategically to enhance student learning outcomes, drive responsive teaching, and implement quality differentiation practices that lead to measurable improvements in student growth and achievement.
2. Demonstrated strong commitment to and active promotion of NSW public education priorities, with evidence of leadership that effectively implements school initiatives and achieves sustained, whole-school improvement with measurable impact.
3. Proven capacity to foster a genuine sense of belonging and partnership across the school community that builds trust and shared aspirations among students, staff, families, and the broader community.
4. Demonstrated experience in building the professional capacity of staff and school teams through instructional leadership that aligns with whole school planning and priorities.

2. Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs
