Base salary range: $113,979 to $122,048 p.a.
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
Join a collaborative Community Care Team delivering recovery-focused mental health care in a community setting. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing assessment, case management, and a range of therapeutic interventions to support people with moderate to severe mental health conditions.
In this advanced nursing role, you will coordinate Clozapine services, delivering a high standard of practice consistent with clinical guidelines and mental health policies, while ensuring safe, effective and consumer-centred care. You'll apply your expertise to support complex care needs while building strong relationships with consumers, families and carers.

Requirements
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position, and registration with AHPRA
This position requires possession of a current Class C (car) driver licence
Highly desirable
Possession of, or working towards, a relevant post-registration and/or tertiary qualification in mental health nursing
Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) under the Mental Health Act 2016
