Casual Bartender – Sydney CBD & Surrounding Areas (On-Call)

Position: Casual Bartender (On-Call)
Location: Sydney CBD & Surrounding Areas, NSW
Employment Type: Casual
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Process customer orders accurately and handle payments where required.
- Follow RSA regulations and venue policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the venue team to ensure smooth service.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in hotels, bars, restaurants, or event venues.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Full Australian working rights.
