Open Partners is looking for a dynamic Paid Social Associate Partner to drive performance, activation, and strategic growth across paid social platforms specifically for our local Melbourne-based clients.
Operating directly from one of our biggest clients' Melbourne offices, you will ensure a premium, face-to-face client experience. This role explicitly requires a local, consistent Melbourne office presence (3 days per week) to satisfy on-site client operations and foster high-touch regional collaboration.
Elevated Regional Activation: Flawless deployment, QA, and execution of paid social campaigns on time and according to local best practices.
Commercial Continuity: Localised performance management and rapid optimization to retain and satisfy key accounts.
Strategic Collaboration: Co-authoring advanced client roadmaps with the Partner team, ensuring data and creative products are proactively deployed as business solutions.
Unified Account Operations: Maintaining seamless, real-time alignment with cross-functional agency products and local team structures.
You have built deeply trusted, physical client relationships, becoming their primary and most knowledgeable point of contact in Melbourne.
Established highly disciplined, centralised operational pacing systems and strict quality controls for zero-error campaign delivery.
Led monthly and quarterly client reviews with high-quality, data-driven insights.
Modernised campaign structures to expertly leverage advanced automation and AI-driven internal tools.
In-Office Collaboration & Client Presence: A rigorous commitment to cultivating on-site agency culture and high-frequency face-to-face client management to strengthen hyper-local operational alignment.
Strategic Activation: Ability to move fluidly between hands-on channel deployment and strategic forecasting, translating historical performance data into actionable testing roadmaps.
Cross-Discipline Integration: An operational approach that bridges paid social tactics with broader agency products (creative, attribution, and complex technical assets).
