Key Responsibilities
As the Lan Bathhouse Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service across every touchpoint, creating a warm, refined, and effortless arrival experience that reflects the Lan Bathhouse philosophy and luxury wellness standards.
You will expertly manage reservations, accurately process guest payments, and curate personalised wellness journeys by confidently recommending treatments, facilities, and tailored experiences to meet each guest's individual needs. With a comprehensive understanding of the Lan Bathhouse offerings, you will ensure every booking is thoughtfully coordinated and every visit exceeds expectations.
Working closely with the wellness team, you will assist in maintaining treatment and relaxation spaces to the highest standards, ensuring all guest areas are impeccably presented, fully stocked, and prepared to deliver a flawless experience. It is your responsibility to ensure every guest departs with an elegant and memorable farewell, leaving Lan Bathhouse with a lasting impression of warmth, care, and refined service.
In addition, you will oversee the guest experience throughout the wellness facilities, including the bathhouse amenities, relaxation areas, sauna, steam room, and fitness facilities where applicable, ensuring every environment consistently reflects the highest standards of luxury, cleanliness, and comfort.
