NDIS Support Worker Wanted – After-School Support
We’re looking for a reliable, patient and engaging Support Worker for a young male NDIS participant who has recently started high school and has ASD.
He enjoys gaming, lizards and following his established routine, so we’re looking for someone who can build a good rapport with him while providing calm and consistent support.
Shifts:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
- 3:00pm – 5:00pm
- School pick-up included
- Supporting him to transition home and settle into his afternoon routine
The role would suit someone who is patient, dependable and comfortable working with young people with ASD. An interest in gaming or animals would be a bonus and could help with building connection.
Requirements:
- Valid ABN
- Current Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Full Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Reliable and consistent availability across the required afternoons
We’re looking for someone who can provide consistency and become a familiar, trusted part of his weekly routine.
